At Monarch Milano, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🕒 Return Period

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@monarchmilano.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
