Where is my order confirmation email?
After placing your order, you’ll receive two emails:
- Order confirmation right after purchase.
- Shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your package ships.
If you don’t see your order confirmation, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Note: If you used your phone number (instead of an email) at checkout, you won’t receive an email confirmation. Please contact our Customer Support with the email address you’d like us to add to your order so you can receive the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How long before my order ships?
Orders take 2–6 business days to process and ship, depending on stock availability.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes about 5 business days after processing.
If an item is low in stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days. Rest assured, we’re working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I change my address?
Yes, you can update your delivery address before your order ships.
In some cases, small corrections can be made even after it’s shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an address change.
